Our Operations Control Centre (OCC) is the beating heart of our company. Located in our headquarters, the women and men composing our OCC are working 24/7 to ensure the best emergency response to our clients.
Proficient in English and Arabic, their main missions are to receive and record any alerts and deliver the appropriate response by organising with the local authorities (police, firefighting units, hospitals, ambulance, etc.…). OCC also coordinates the daily operations of Eagles Services’ assets deployed on the ground.
