Our Hotline is available 24/7 first through dedicated French, English and Arabic-speaking Liaison Officers. They are the main point of contact for the clients and have the greatest awareness of each account setup. Our Liaison Officers are able to coordinate client’s agenda and use the most suitable assets to tailor each particular request. Also, our Governmental Liaison Officers are able to support clients for any administrative formalities or any issues with the local authorities.
Furthermore, our hotline is available through the Operations Control Centre which is our main focal point in case of emergency.
